CAT is an acronym for Construction Administration Tools

David Broome – Harrier Construction

In this CATChat, we had the pleasure of speaking with David Broome, Managing Director of Harrier Construction. Harrier Construction is an Auckland-based company that specializes in boutique commercial, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Being a relatively new company that started in July 2021, David gives us his insights into how he got his business started, how his business operates, some of the projects he has done, and how he sees the industry as a whole in New Zealand. We also discuss the new CCA subcontractor retention amendment and how that affects the industry as well as a bit about playing water polo in Hungary.

David also discusses how he came across Construction Software and how he and his team use it for their day-to-day business.
