Support Hours over the Christmas / New Year Period: –
Friday 20th December – 8am till 12 noon
Monday 23rd December – 8am – 4pm
24th December – 07th January excluding Statutory – 10am to 2pm
If you need software assistance during this period, please contact the Support Desk at support@constructionsoftware.biz. As we will be operating with reduced staff, our response time will be up to two business hours, not the usual 10 – 15 minutes you are used to. If it is essential that you talk to one of our team please send an email to the Support Desk stating you would like someone to ring and what it’s regarding, we will do our best to accommodate you. It will be business as usual from the 7th of January 2025.
